5-8+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships or commercial roles within healthcare technology, population health or SaaS environments Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models (PACE, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, etc.) Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive renewals, upsells, and revenue expansion Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools Experience with EMR software is a plus
