Requirements:
5-8+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships or commercial roles within healthcare technology, population health or SaaS environments Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models (PACE, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, etc.) Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive renewals, upsells, and revenue expansion Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools Experience with EMR software is a plus
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients Manage renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders Monitor account health and proactively address risks Act as the voice of the customer internally Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-sell and upsell Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM
