Requirements:
5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise relationship management. Experience ideally within technology services, digital transformation, or software consulting. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth and retention goals. Experience managing a $2M+ book of business with proven revenue expansion results. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of technology and digital solutions. Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). Ability to travel domestically (estimated 20–30%) for client meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities:
Manage key client relationships and serve as the senior point of contact. Drive account growth through identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Ensure client retention and satisfaction through proactive relationship management. Develop strategic account plans and success roadmaps. Lead renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract changes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Operations, and Marketing. Define and improve scalable account management frameworks. Mentor and share best practices within the account management team. Represent Devsu at industry events and client engagements. Own and operate with autonomy and accountability for client portfolios.
