Requirements:
- 7+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth consumer technology, e-commerce or health
- Proven ability to build and scale financial processes from the ground up
- Experience in both private and public companies valued
- Strong analytical rigor with advanced financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Netsuite, and Business Intelligence tools like Sigma
- SQL is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Own financial management for the health business
- Build and scale financial processes for the growing health business
- Lead pricing strategy development for 2026
- Drive improvements in data quality and deliver actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing
- Deliver accurate financial models, forecasts, and business insights
- Prepare monthly business reviews
- Ensure data integrity of key metrics
- Prepare financial reporting including dashboards and KPI tracking
- Design and implement reporting frameworks
- Support board presentations and long-range planning
