Finance Operation Manager

5+ years of experience in a role combining Finance Operations (AP/AR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven analytical skills with deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis Proficiency with modern ERP/Account software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transaction cycles. Perform financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions. Collaborate on budget development and perform variance analysis. Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes. Prepare and consolidate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Develop financial models for cash flow and revenue projections. Build processes for headcount planning, vendor management, and spend optimization. Manage vendor payments and the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Administer expense reporting system and corporate card program. Oversee the Order to Cash cycle and customer invoicing. Manage collections to maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Implement policies and procedures for data hygiene and efficiency. Spearhead implementation and improvements of finance software/tools.
