Travel to various markets (up to 90%) to provide operational support, training, and coverage as needed. Supervise all office operations including payment reconciliation, accounts receivable, customer communications, and post-job satisfaction follow-ups. Align order fulfillment with inventory and production capacity, proactively resolve discrepancies in orders, payments, or inventory allocation, and support smooth operational workflows. Manage and improve the customer experience by collaborating with the Customer Care Team and Sr. Production Manager to ensure installation and service goals are met. Train and mentor office managers in new and existing markets to ensure consistent adherence to company processes and performance standards. Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Promote and maintain a safety-minded culture, ensuring a safe work environment in every office. Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies across all markets
