Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Oversight of all sales initiatives within retail accounts Develop, implement, and manage programs for sales growth Work closely with broker teams and cross-functional teams Manage day-to-day operations and guide strategic direction of retail business Drive Gross Sales by hitting retail channel volume targets Build and implement accurate sales forecasts Monitor inventory and in-stock levels Identify opportunities and create strategies to increase sales, share, and market presence Maximize TDP growth and optimize product placement Cultivate and maintain solid internal and external relationships Monitor and analyze business scorecards Analyze retailer trends
