Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. Manage the capitalization table and equity programs including stock options and ESPP. Ensure compliance with payroll and stock plan regulations, maintaining accurate records and supporting audits. Lead efforts to optimize payroll and stock administration systems. Work with HR, Finance, and external vendors to manage processes and respond to employee inquiries. Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll and stock administration. Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
