Senior Tax Accountant

Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns, gross receipts tax returns, and personal property tax renditions.
Partner with external advisors to manage federal and state income tax compliance.
Own and manage the corporate tax calendar to ensure timely filings and payments.
Support tax accounting activities, including complex reconciliations and month-end close processes.
Research tax laws and regulations to assess operational impacts.
Review business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and identify potential exposures.
Act as the primary point of contact for tax notices, audits, and information requests.
Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants on tax-related matters.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
