Sr Stock Admin Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years in Stock Plan Administration or Compensation for publicly traded company (6-10B+ market capitalization) Highly proficient with Excel In depth knowledge and experience with all facets of a major third-party equity administration software (E*TRADE preferred) Proven analytical capability and organizational skill set Effective communicator at all levels of the organization Detail-oriented, friendly team player Experience handling US and Foreign tax issues relating to equity compensation and payroll tax Experience with SOX compliance Ability to work independently, be proactive, and apply good judgement

Day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans Ensure administration aligns with plan terms and conditions Maintain equity database integrity and accuracy Liaise with transfer agent for reporting and trade settlement Respond to participant inquiries regarding equity plans Maintain compliance with US and international tax withholding/reporting Maintain equity grant balance Assist with month-end close calculations for SBC expense Compile data for stock-related disclosures (10Qs, 10Ks, proxy statements) Provide reporting for SOX controls Generate recurring and ad hoc reports Update stock compensation expense results Adhere to and improve internal processes Assist Legal with Section 16 form filings and grant agreements Assist Legal with trading blackouts and insider roster Assist Finance and Legal with annual proxy statement preparation
