BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Industry and/or academic experience within the supported domain (Gfx, Sys, Network, etc.). Industry and/or academic hands-on experience with graphics techniques, languages, APIs, and tools. Strong C/C++ programming ability and structured programming knowledge. Graphics experience, including understanding of GPU hardware and graphics pipelines. Excellent analysis, debugging, problem-solving and code optimization skills. Proven ability to learn new skills and eager to embrace new challenges. Excellent collaborator and ability to work effectively and efficiently with others. Excellent communication skills through all mediums (verbal, written, etc.). Comfortable speaking to large groups publicly. Enjoys creating educational materials (PowerPoint, articles, etc.). Flexible in areas of development and assignment of tasks. Self-motivated and resourceful. Acts independently, professionally, and proactively with continuous drive for excellence. Have worked with cutting edge graphics technology, R&D, or as a game developer. Have experience working with and writing drivers, core technology. Obsessed with optimizations and efficiency. Like to tinker, reverse engineer, and make things better, faster. Have a track record of delivering professional products within time and on budget.
