- Redesign and enhance Tableau dashboards using modern visualization practices, intuitive navigation, and engaging user experiences.
- Partner with People Analytics team members and stakeholders to translate business questions and requirements into dashboard solutions.
- Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Incorporate user feedback into iterative dashboard improvements.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Tableau row-level security for sensitive employee data.
- Develop scalable security models that restrict data visibility based on user identity, organizational hierarchy, role, or defined permissions.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and technology or security partners on data governance and privacy requirements.
- Develop and optimize Tableau data sources, connections, and data models, primarily using Snowflake.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to prepare data for dashboard development, and troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues.
- Document security configurations and solutions, and support knowledge transfer and sustainable maintenance.
