Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience At least 3 years in PLG roles within SaaS environments Proven success designing cross-channel campaigns informed by product usage and customer data Deep understanding of PLG principles (freemium, PQLs, activation, expansion) Hands-on experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Reachdesk, PathFactory Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Project management expertise Creativity and innovative thinking
Responsibilities:
Design integrated campaigns for the PLG funnel (awareness, activation, expansion). Connect acquisition efforts with in-app engagement and usage signals. Build frameworks unifying paid, owned, and in-product channels. Define success metrics beyond MQLs (e.g., activation rates, PQL conversion). Collaborate with data and RevOps to identify behavioral triggers for personalization. Lead end-to-end campaign execution across various channels. Align with Sales and Customer Success on campaigns to nurture users. Monitor and analyze campaign performance for optimization. Use experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize conversion points. Report on campaign impact and ROI to stakeholders.
