Design and manage performance review cycles. Implement career development programs. Partner on compensation reviews and employee levels. Own and manage employee benefits. Oversee onboarding experience. Design and administer employee engagement surveys. Lead recognition initiatives. Implement AI-powered tools for operational load reduction. Serve as a strategic thought partner on people strategy. Oversee core HR processes (payroll, compliance, benefits, policies, HRIS). Stand up and own key compliance infrastructure. Create and maintain documentation for People processes.
