- Build and maintain relationships with senior brand stakeholders (Director through VP+).
- Read political dynamics and position Archive strategically inside each brand.
- Own renewal strategy, timing, and negotiation across the portfolio.
- Lead expansion conversations across program types and new categories.
- Build the strategic growth thesis for each brand and pitch upsells.
- Identify and prioritize key account bets per quarter.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Ops, CX, and Marketing.
- Define and codify Customer Growth methodology and best practices.
