Engineering at Counterpart

Our engineering team embraces an "AI-native" approach, where AI agents collaborate with engineers to build and ship solutions. You will own problems end-to-end, from defining requirements with stakeholders to verifying final outcomes. We utilize a modern tech stack including Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL. Engineers contribute to architectural decisions, manage technical debt, and ensure operational excellence. Your work will involve evaluating and improving AI agent output, refining prompts, and leading projects spanning both human and AI efforts. This approach means shipping is not the finish line, but the start of iteration towards impactful outcomes.
