Our engineering team tackles the complex challenge of making workplaces safer using AI. We pioneered the first AI-powered workers' compensation insurance platform. Our computer vision engineers, software architects, and data scientists build solutions. They come from leading companies like Amazon R&D and Meta. They bring expertise in AI, machine learning, and design. We utilize Google's Gemini 2.5 Pro and 2.5 Flash for deep video and image analysis. This powers our Safe Work Plan, Safety Pulse, and Safety Search products. We also use technologies like HSTS, DNSSEC, LetsEncrypt, jsDelivr, AJAX Libraries API, Apple Mobile Web App Capable, HSTS IncludeSubdomains PreLoad, and Amazon S3. You will build and scale advanced perception-based risk assessment programs. Your work will translate new underwriting signals into robust, scalable decisions.
