Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience developing and deploying end to end computer vision models in production environments
• Experience fine tuning LLM for video analytics
• Extensive experience with PyTorch and computer vision libraries
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles and their application to real-world problems

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision models specifically tailored for video understanding, including tasks like object detection and tracking, action/activity recognition, anomaly detection, and scene understanding within video streams.
• Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to enhance video analysis capabilities. This includes using LLMs for tasks such as generating natural language descriptions of video events, answering questions about video content, and extracting structured information from video.
• Optimize models for real-time or near real-time performance, enabling rapid analysis of video feeds.
• Build and maintain the entire AI pipeline, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Stay at the forefront of research in computer vision, video analysis, and LLMs. Evaluate and adapt cutting-edge techniques to improve our platform's performance and capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, data scientists and product managers. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Apply your video AI expertise to solve real world insurance problems.
