  • Manage claims to produce timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with policyholders, brokers, and carrier partners.
  • Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel.
  • Support data collection by using the Counterpart claim system.
  • Identify and escalate insights into emerging claims trends.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement of claims processes.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect brand and mission.
