Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Recruiter role. Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers. Experience with various sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean searching, niche platforms). Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to communicate technical job requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Lever. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of UK employment law and best practices. Legally able to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end talent searches from first candidate contact through offer stage. Be a consultative advisor to the business on building teams holistically. Coordinate candidate communication regarding interview logistics. Schedule interviews (phone screens, video calls) between candidates and the hiring team. Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent. Proactively source quality candidates and build active talent pipelines. Strive to increase diversity within talent pipelines. Track and maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever. Use data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness.
