3+ years of experience in a Recruiter role. Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers. Experience with various sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean searching, niche platforms). Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to communicate technical job requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Lever. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of UK employment law and best practices. Legally able to work in the UK.
