8+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition. Proven experience leading Recruiting teams. Knowledge of specialized sourcing strategies to proactively develop candidate pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Own recruiting strategy and process for assigned business areas, forecasting talent needs. Build short- and long-term hiring plans for federal programs and operational scaling. Partner with leaders to assess contract requirements and staffing timelines. Design systems to develop and maintain pipelines of candidates with required skills and clearances. Ensure recruiting practices support compliance with federal program standards. Build relationships within cleared communities and defense-industry talent pools. Build and nurture passive talent pools for hard-to-fill roles. Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies. Establish an always-on talent pipeline for cleared and technical candidates. Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex requisitions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. Integrate employer brand into the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Slingshot’s culture. Create and optimize the recruiting playbook. Use data to shape decision-making and track hiring progress.
