Requirements:
5+ years' experience in software implementation or Professional Services roles within SaaS. Experience ideally in CLM, Procurement, or Risk Management technology. Demonstrable history of leading high-impact, end-to-end software implementations. Expertise in defining, managing, and achieving implementation milestones. Strong grounding in data analysis, workflow logic, and configuration management. Proficiency or exposure to AI-enabled workflows and automation platforms. Strong project management and business analysis skills. Proven track record of mentoring or leading peers. Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (Nice to Have). Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) or SQL for reporting and analytics (Nice to Have). Exposure to change management or enablement strategy within enterprise SaaS (Nice to Have).
Responsibilities:
Act as the strategic technical contact for enterprise customers. Build trusted relationships at a senior level. Mentor Solutions Engineers and set standards for customer engagement. Handle complex configurations and own technical strategy for key accounts. Guide customers through their long-term journey. Own phased implementation strategy for complex enterprise accounts. Translate business processes into efficient workflows. Lead adoption of new AI and automation features. Identify and drive expansion opportunities. Ensure customer processes within Gatekeeper are continuously optimized. Maximize value, secure renewals, and transform how customers manage risk. Lead and partner with Account Director to manage customer portfolios. Act as a senior escalation point for technical support. Champion customer needs and provide feedback to the Product team. Drive customer health and usage strategies. Define and track key success metrics like Time to First Value (TTFV). Support the renewal process. Stay updated on product releases, best practices, and AI advancements.
