Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling PEO/EOR/HR solutions at a unicorn start-up or a tech company Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar) Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment Proficient in Salesforce
Responsibilities:
Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Work closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTM Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
