Enterprise sales experience, preferably with ML/Big Data/Cloud/SaaS products. 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience. Experience closing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Experience in a land and expand motion; PLG or OSS motion is a plus. Passion for automation and a consultative approach. Strong oral and written communication skills. English fluency required; German fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Achieve customer goals and contribute to company growth. Identify and close quick wins while managing complex sales. Track customer details and forecast sales using Salesforce. Utilize a solution-based selling approach to create customer value. Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Close new and maintain existing accounts. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and community teams. Engage with the open-source community and negotiate with stakeholders. Maintain consistent closing rates and build consultative relationships. Assist in onboarding new team members. Create strategic plans to close new customers. Focus on renewals and long-term customer benefits. Understand customer roadmaps and identify opportunities to leverage technology.
