Requirements:
8-10+ years in product marketing or related disciplines. 4+ years leading PMM teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or security/identity companies. Proven success launching AI-powered or security-critical products to global enterprise audiences. Track record of influencing C-level executives. Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to exceed revenue goals. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth company. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent real-world mastery).
Responsibilities:
Define and evangelize category narrative and positioning. Develop go-to-market strategy, including launch plans, pricing, and demand-gen programs. Conduct competitive intelligence and coach sellers. Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets. Ensure full-funnel enablement through partnerships with Sales, CS, and Partners. Channel voice of customer and market insights back into product strategy. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Recruit, mentor, and inspire product-marketing teams.
