Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in product marketing or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years leading PMM teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or security/identity companies.
  • Proven success launching AI-powered or security-critical products to global enterprise audiences.
  • Track record of influencing C-level executives.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to exceed revenue goals.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth company.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent real-world mastery).

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize category narrative and positioning.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy, including launch plans, pricing, and demand-gen programs.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and coach sellers.
  • Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets.
  • Ensure full-funnel enablement through partnerships with Sales, CS, and Partners.
  • Channel voice of customer and market insights back into product strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire product-marketing teams.
