Requirements
- 8-10+ years in product marketing or related disciplines.
- 4+ years leading PMM teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or security/identity companies.
- Proven success launching AI-powered or security-critical products to global enterprise audiences.
- Track record of influencing C-level executives.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to exceed revenue goals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent real-world mastery).
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize category narrative and positioning.
- Develop go-to-market strategy, including launch plans, pricing, and demand-gen programs.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and coach sellers.
- Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets.
- Ensure full-funnel enablement through partnerships with Sales, CS, and Partners.
- Channel voice of customer and market insights back into product strategy.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire product-marketing teams.
