10+ years of experience in business development roles, preferably in biopharma, genetics, or data/analytics. Strong executive presence and customer-focused orientation. Diverse experience in all aspects of business development/sales. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. Highly proactive hunter approach and mentality. Collaborative team member. Demonstrated track record of building and managing relationships with senior executives. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting. Eagerness to explore scientific, medical, and commercial applications of genetic and clinical data. Genetics/genomics background strongly preferred (e.g., Master’s degree or higher in genetics). Network of contacts in the pharma/biotech industry. Experience selling to and familiarity with biopharma companies is a major asset. Understanding of how real-world data can be utilized in drug development.
