3-5 years of experience in growth engineering, technical marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations. Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier or N8N, GPT or other LLM APIs. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Ability to blend no-code, low-code, and light scripting to automate and scale marketing workflows. Working in a product-led growth (PLG) or B2B SaaS environment is a plus. Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and analytics tools is a plus. Experience designing or optimizing marketing attribution, lead scoring, or conversion funnels is a plus. Basic proficiency with APIs or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
