Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in growth engineering, technical marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations. Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier or N8N, GPT or other LLM APIs. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Ability to blend no-code, low-code, and light scripting to automate and scale marketing workflows. Working in a product-led growth (PLG) or B2B SaaS environment is a plus. Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and analytics tools is a plus. Experience designing or optimizing marketing attribution, lead scoring, or conversion funnels is a plus. Basic proficiency with APIs or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop self-service experiences including product tours and demo environments. Implement AI-powered outbound programs using tools like Clay and nReach. Integrate marketing systems with CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools. Optimize conversion paths by analyzing user journeys. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams. Experiment and iterate on new processes to improve speed-to-lead and lead quality.
