Data Operations Lead

7+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy, and/or business operations. Track record of building executive-level dashboards and reporting in a sales-led SaaS environment. Strategic thinker capable of mapping strategy to insight and action. Strong communicator with executive audiences. AI-native mindset with comfort combining structured and unstructured data. Hands-on expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and modern BI (Sigma or similar). Experience collaborating with cross-functional leads.

Build and own the data pipeline for insight cadence, including company-wide and Board reporting. Translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and operational metrics. Partner cross-functionally to unify metrics, definitions, and insights. Design and maintain dashboards and data workflows. Leverage AI and unstructured data for deeper insights. Drive cross-functional alignment through data storytelling.
