Lead cross-functional operational initiatives spanning clinical operations, patient experience, and provider workflows. Map complex operational systems, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions. Build and refine SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards. Analyze performance data, surface insights, and drive accountability against KPIs. Partner closely with the clinical leadership team to improve provider onboarding, training, and quality management. Collaborate with product, CX, and marketing teams. Work directly with Honeydew leadership to set priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and unlock operational leverage.
