Cultivate and grow a portfolio of private and institutional funders. Translate ideas into actionable plans as a partner to senior leadership. Craft compelling concept notes and proposals. Represent CEO in funder meetings (travel expected quarterly). Refresh and operationalize fundraising and development strategy. Forge partnerships with Program Directors for alignment. Create sustainable infrastructure for fundraising and development. Own grant submission processes and reporting. Contribute data to CRM systems and internal reports. Manage state charitable registrations. Translate technical work into funding proposals. Develop content to tell USDR's impact story. Lead impact storytelling through grant reports. Stay abreast of industry trends.
