Minimum 5 years of experience developing, implementing, and scaling virtual training programs Experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industries strongly preferred Experience working within the product vertical of a startup is a huge plus Experience with and knowledge of the healthcare sector and the particular needs of healthcare employees around training and education Experience developing quality feedback assessments, developing feedback loops, and operationalizing continuous change Experience with cross-functional team leadership and the ability to persuade, motivate, and influence Ability to translate clinical and operational information into a compelling educational experience Background as a licensed clinician is a plus Ability to build from scratch, manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to evolving organizational needs, and effectively work autonomously
