Requirements:
Advanced university degree (Master’s level or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and organizational development. Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs related to performance management, leadership development, or change management. Strong experience in facilitating workshops and virtual learning sessions for diverse, multicultural audiences. Demonstrated ability to translate frameworks and policies into practical, engaging learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop learning solutions including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content. Create materials promoting feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices. Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with ICARDA’s values. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally. Build capacity of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback, evaluations, and development planning. Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes and track progress.
