Design and develop learning solutions including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content. Create materials promoting feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices. Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with ICARDA’s values. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally. Build capacity of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback, evaluations, and development planning. Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes and track progress.
