Manager - Technical Learning and Development Lead (Software Development)

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a technical role. Experience in designing and implementing impactful technical training programs. Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM). Strong foundational knowledge of modern software development languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular). Solid grasp of web and mobile application development principles, frameworks, and tools. Comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, PaaS, automated testing). Demonstrated understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core capabilities. Excellence in technical communication and program management.

Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs for technical workforce. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging instructional materials using various modalities. Collaborate with technical leaders and HR partners to align learning initiatives with business goals. Create engaging training experiences by conducting needs assessments and identifying skill gaps. Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and quantifiable metrics. Stay informed about emerging technology trends. Facilitate live instruction and workshop sessions.
