Manager - Technical Learning and Development Lead (Software Development)

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a technical role. Experience designing and implementing technical training programs for upskilling. Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM). Foundational knowledge of modern software development languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular). Solid grasp of web and mobile application development principles. Comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, PaaS, automated testing). Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core capabilities. Excellence in technical communication and program management.

Design, implement, and oversee learning programs for technical workforce. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging instructional materials. Collaborate with technical leaders and HR to align learning with business goals. Work with SMEs and instructional designers to create training experiences. Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Stay informed about emerging technology trends. Facilitate live instruction and workshop sessions.
