  • Conduct initial investigation and documentation of potential security incidents and escalate issues to senior staff or MSSP.
  • Perform identity and access management tasks such as user provisioning, access reviews, and MFA/SSO support.
  • Support vulnerability scanning cycles and track remediation progress across systems.

How We Work

You will thrive in a remote-first environment, with positions open across the continental U.S. Make-A-Wish provides all necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, and docking station, to ensure a seamless remote setup. Collaboration happens effectively using Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Teams. While primarily remote, some roles may involve occasional travel for events or conferences. This flexible structure supports a strong work-life integration. You will join a mission-driven team dedicated to making a tangible difference.

Technology at Make-A-Wish America

You will work within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform for efficiency. The organization utilizes Power BI for data analytics and Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity. For cloud infrastructure and security, they rely on VMware vCloud Director and VMware NSX Data Center. Salesforce and NetSuite are critical tools for donor processing, financial management, and comprehensive reporting. Make-A-Wish is also exploring AI and machine learning to deepen donor engagement and optimize revenue growth. You will contribute to advancing these systems, supporting a global mission.
