Requirements:
5-10 years in Founders' Office / Chief of Staff (execution) / BizOps / Program-Delivery at a fast-moving organization. Clear written communication skills. Experience with AI-assisted operations, including prompting LLMs and editing outputs. Familiarity with an operator's toolkit: RAID, dependencies, workbacks, change management. Ability to influence without authority. Bachelor's degree required. Proficient with Jira/Confluence/Atlas, Microsoft 365/Teams, Atlassian Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities:
Manage weekly exec review and 30-day planning. Create a single source of truth for actions, decisions, and risks. Convert calls and transcripts into concise one-page briefs with owners and dates. Ensure timely follow-ups. Escalate issues early and kindly across product, customer readiness, GTM, vendors, and hiring. Manage agenda hygiene, pre-reads, and prioritization. Utilize AI to summarize, route, and automate tasks.
