Create custom strategies and implement best practices for clients to achieve NSMs. Optimize and revise strategies based on client goals, campaigns, and performance. Craft creative briefs and content campaigns with a focus on competitor and audience insights. Set client goals using data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs. Ensure planned strategy is executed by delegating tasks and managing timelines. Partner with Project Managers for task creation, assignment, and due date adherence. Work with content writers and designers to complete client campaigns on time and to standard. Act as the main interface between clients and the team, building client relationships. Proactively communicate with clients on timelines, goal progress, and use shared channels (Slack). Proactively communicate with internal leadership about roadblocks, growth opportunities, and account changes. Report client progress and strategy impact through bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and bi-annual business reviews.
