Requirements:
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. At least 3+ years selling fintech or banking technology solutions to credit unions or community banks. Proven track record of closing $500K+ enterprise deals. Experience achieving quota targets in long-cycle, consultative sales environments. Experience building sales processes, CRM infrastructure, and pipeline discipline in a startup or growth-stage company. Strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level executives. Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture.
Responsibilities:
Build and own Bankjoy’s end-to-end sales process. Create a repeatable, metrics-driven sales playbook. Partner with the CEO on strategic enterprise opportunities. Collaborate with the COO and Finance on ARR targets and compensation. Lead and mentor a small team. Personally drive high-value deals to closure. Build a high-quality pipeline in partnership with Marketing and Partnerships. Maintain CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy. Work closely with Product and Implementation. Partner with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns. Collaborate with Client Success to identify expansion opportunities. Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Track and report on KPIs.
