Own quarterly and annual revenue targets. Deliver accurate forecasts. Lead and coach sales teams (AEs, SDRs, SEs). Establish sales quotas, comp plans, and performance metrics. Run weekly pipeline reviews. Refine Go-to-Market strategy, including ICP and outbound sales. Develop playbooks, sales scripts, and ROI tools. Personally close strategic enterprise deals. Build and scale SDR/AE hiring plan. Implement disciplined sales processes in CRM. Partner with Marketing on ABM, events, and demand generation. Collaborate with Product & Engineering on feedback and roadmap. Work with Customer Success on post-sales expansion. Present pipeline, forecasts, and growth strategy to leadership and investors. Develop understanding of clients' business and objectives. Cultivate business relationships with clients and partners.
