Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Officer. Knowledge of office systems, project coordination, and administrative best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling/collaboration tools. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Bachelor’s degree required; graduate qualification preferred. Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet connection. Minimum 10 Mbps backup internet connection (capable of supporting work during power outage). Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent, and 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance, functional during power interruptions. Functional webcam. Noise-canceling USB headset. Quiet, dedicated home office space. Smartphone for communication and verification.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily project and office operations. Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports. Manage procurement, inventory, and travel logistics. Maintain a cash journal and coordinate with accounting. Schedule meetings and organize appointments. Update and maintain office and project policies. Coordinate with IT and vendors for equipment and services. Manage contracts, invoices, and budgets. Research and compile grant and proposal submissions. Develop and maintain a social media plan. Schedule and publish approved social media content. Support C-suite documentation and coordination needs. Assist with onboarding new hires and employee queries. Plan internal/external events. Provide general support to visitors and collaborators.
