5+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting for SaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise software. Strong presentation and communication skills with C-suite presence. Hands-on knowledge of CRM integration, IVR, APIs, and AI tools (AI agents, chatbots, IVA, generative AI). Technical fluency in telco/SIP and enterprise architecture. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
