5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit technology sectors. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data integration, data mapping, technical scoping, and cloud-based platforms. Experience working with Enterprise customers with large ARR. Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions. Experience with CRM, payment, and marketing automation integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier). Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS). Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Bachelor’s degree.
