The platform utilizes a centralized Data Core for unified grantmaking data, workflow automation, and robust reporting. Recent advancements include AI summary features, a Finn chatbot, and tools like the Grant Budget Tracker. Fluxx also offers Grantelligence, a unique BI and Analytics platform specifically designed for grantmaking, featuring intuitive interfaces and over 7000 dynamic visualizations. The technology stack includes Bootstrap, Stencils.js for the frontend, Ruby on Rails for the backend, and PostgreSQL for the database, demonstrating a commitment to performance, scalability, and maintainability. They actively integrate with third-party systems, like the Intacct API, to automate financial tasks and bridge grant management with financial oversight.
