Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years managing AI/ML products. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams with experience in successfully launching products and features to market. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science principles, including experience working with AI teams. Experience developing and launching AI-powered SaaS or B2B products at scale. Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions. Proven experience working closely with Development and QA in an Agile environment. Strong product management skills, with a track record of shipping AI-driven products that reached thousands of users. Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously without compromising results. Familiarity with AI governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices. Willingness to adapt to evolving requirements/needs of a fast-growing company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Fluxx’s broader vision and business goals. Deeply understand the grantmaking space, our customers, and their needs to ensure AI-powered products are truly transformative and drive Fluxx as a leader in the space. Conduct research on AI, machine learning, and industry-specific trends to identify opportunities where advanced analytics and AI can solve key problems for our customers. Develop a compelling AI product vision and oversee the entire AI product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to develop AI-powered solutions that are practical, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI best practices. Own the AI product backlog—breaking down features into deliverable increments, ensuring transparency, and prioritizing work based on business value. Define success metrics for AI models and products, tracking model performance and business outcomes to continuously improve them. Work cross-functionally to drive adoption and engagement of AI-powered features, partnering with Customer Experience and GTM. Ensure AI products comply with data privacy, governance, and ethical standards, mitigating potential risks related to AI decision-making. Evangelize AI-driven capabilities internally and externally, demonstrating their value while maintaining a human-centered approach to automation.
