Advise on value-based pricing, Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs), and outcome-based Outside Counsel selection and engagement strategies. Map and design integrated legal technology workflows. Facilitate and deliver Outside Counsel Management maturity assessments. Build trust with diverse stakeholders, including General Counsel, Legal Operations, procurement, and IT. Translate business priorities into technical requirements.
