1-3 years in business development, sales development, or lead generation. Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B software is a plus. Strong English communication skills (written & verbal). Additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Arabic) are a big plus. Confident speaking with senior stakeholders (HRDs, CPOs, CEOs). Metrics-driven and accountable for meetings and pipeline creation. Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment.
