High-volume candidate sourcing for technical and non-technical roles Refine sourcing strategies for increased candidate acceptance rate Craft compelling outreach messages Liaise between candidates and founders, coordinating calls Facilitate weekly check-ins with founders on pipeline health Partner with founders to refine hiring profiles and interview loops Provide recruiting guidance on compensation, leveling, and closing Track sourcing metrics and use data for decision-making Analyze KPIs and iterate on messaging approaches
