Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in a GTM analytics or business analyst role, ideally within a SaaS company. Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Familiarity with CRM data (preferably Salesforce) and GTM performance metrics. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports to track GTM performance metrics. Translate raw data into meaningful insights and present findings to GTM leadership. Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure alignment of GTM metrics. Support forecasting and planning processes. Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business questions. Provide ad-hoc analytic support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. Identify performance trends and surface insights. Partner with GTM leaders to understand business challenges and provide analytical support. Provide analytics support for GTM initiatives.
