Lead development of sales growth plan, including revenue targets, headcount and segmentation plans, and quota & incentive models. Own and rebuild the pipeline model, working with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Partnerships, and Self-Serve business for predictable growth. Reimagine GTM model and measurement metrics to align with product portfolio, sales motion, and scale. Lead short and long-range special projects to identify effective scaling strategies and exceed ARR goals. Collaborate with GTM teams for a unified approach to market penetration, customer acquisition, and new product attach/ARR growth. Work closely with C-suite and senior leadership on data-driven insights and recommendations for company growth.
