Requirements:
Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a hunter-focused sales experience within digital advertising, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising. Comfort in selling directly to brands/in-house marketing teams through consultative, solution-based selling. Strong analytical skills. Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market plans. Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce). Experience building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals with in-house marketing teams and brands. Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy. Build a robust pipeline focused on brand-direct prospects. Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams. Translate field insights into product strategy and innovation. Create compelling, value-based pitch decks. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends. Work with Account Managers for client hand-off and success.
