Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in database administration, website management, or a related field. Proven experience maintaining and optimizing databases supporting high-availability websites. Demonstrated expertise leading or participating in website/database migration or consolidation projects. In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and related scripting. Strong understanding of web-based application architectures, content management systems, and integration practices. Experience in database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Working familiarity with FISMA, Privacy Act, Section 508, and SSA compliance standards.
