- Coordinate work assignments, monitor quality, and track acquisition workload for the team.
- Manage and coordinate contractor support personnel performing acquisition lifecycle tasks.
- Perform and document market research, historical procurement reviews, and industry analysis.
- Prepare, review, and edit solicitation documents, acquisition plans, and award documentation.
- Support post-award contract administration, including modifications and option exercises.
- Maintain communication with the Contracting Officer, COR, and program stakeholders.
- Ensure all procurement files and deliverables comply with CDC, HHS, and federal requirements.
